Returned products will be examined once received, if it is determined to be defective, we will replace the product at our expense. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange your product depending on the condition of the product. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of the purchase date. On apparel we will accept returns on unworn and unwashed items if the sizing is wrong or if there is a defect in said item. Sometimes we make mistakes. If we ship you the wrong item, contact customer service right away at wildschweingrooming@gmail.com. We’ll send you the correct item.
